OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. As an APRN, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive healthcare services, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Perform clinical procedures if needed which fall into your scope of practice and which you have been trained. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting and other settings such as hospital communication if needed. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Stay current with advancements in relevant nursing practices. Qualifications Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Ability to lift patients and equipment safely as required by the role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
