Job descriptionColorado Pain Care – Lakewood Clinic is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the team!Position SummaryResponsible for providing safe and effective perioperative care to patients undergoing invasive procedures.Compensation:$104,000.00 – $130,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforming preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care, stress test evaluations, cardiac monitoring, vascular monitoring, and health assessmentsPerforming physical exams and health historiesProviding health promotion, counseling, and educationPerforming diagnostic testsAdministering medications, both IV and POObserving and records patient behaviorInterpreting patient information and make critical decisions about needed actionsCoordinating, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionalsConducting research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes; and participates in continuing educationSupporting unit teams administratively and maintains unit and equipmentEnsuring performance is in compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, policies, and procedures to include HIPAA; Health and Safety policies (e.g., OSHA); department policies and procedures, and facility quality standards.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Bachelor’s degree (B.
