Our growing cardiology practice is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care and supporting our physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic testsDiagnose and treat a variety of cardiovascular conditions under the supervision of a cardiologistDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care teamProvide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherenceMonitor and manage patients with chronic cardiovascular diseasesCoordinate care transitions and collaborate with other healthcare providersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice updatesQualifications:Master’s degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)Current, valid APRN license in the state of CaliforniaNational certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a specialty in Cardiology preferredMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a cardiology or acute care settingExcellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare teamCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered careProficient in electronic medical record systemsIf you are a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of cardiovascular patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
