Job Title: Per Diem Nurse PractitionerLocation: Palm Desert, CACompany: Vitara WellnessJob Description:Vitara Wellness, a leading provider of holistic health and wellness services in Palm Desert, CA, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a per diem basis. This position specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement and regenerative cell therapy, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and advanced diagnostic analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management and/or hormone therapy, with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through integrative approaches.Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert care in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and regenerative cell therapy.- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess individual health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.- Administer wellness IV therapies and injections, ensuring patient safety and comfort.- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to evaluate and monitor patient progress.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.- Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness strategies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.Qualifications:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California.- Experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and regenerative cell therapy is preferred.- Background in pain management and/or hormone therapy is highly desirable.- Proficiency in wellness IV therapy, injections, and advanced diagnostics.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and advocacy.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.- Flexible availability to work 1-2 days per week on a per diem basis.Benefits:- Competitive compensation.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative wellness environment.- Continuing education and professional development opportunities.Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience and qualifications to bewell@vitarawellness.com.
