Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities MedSpa seeking a Family or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Licensed in New Jersey. Salary $60+ per hour depending on experience Full/Part time with some evening shifts till 7pm In House Trainings Available Weekends/Every other Weekend 2 offices is located in Livingston NJ + Madison NJ Duties: Maintain active New Jersey nursing license Maintain active AANP or ANCC specialty certification Write policies and procedures for approval by the Medical Director Engage in hiring and maintenance of medical staff Use evidence-based practice to guide oversight of aesthetic nurse practice Participate in continuing education activities including conferences, workshops, and trainings on a regular basis, inside and outside the office Design and conduct mandatory annual trainings, and maintain staff attendance and participation regarding the following topics: HIPAA Bloodborne Pathogens Fire Safety Dermal Filler Adverse Events Participate in patient consultations in collaboration with the aesthetic RN and medical aestheticians to initiate a treatment plan for the following therapies: Dermal filler & neurotoxin Laser hair reduction V.I. Peel SkinPen IV/IM therapy Lumecca Forma/Body FX Morpheus8 LH Lean & LH Lifestyle Maintain patient and staff safety at all times and be available via face-to-face or electronic communication for any adverse staff or patient events Review patient charts in AestheticsPro to approve treatment plans after performing a head-to-toe examination on new/existing patients annually Prescribe medications for in-office patients as needed Order and review labs & test results and provide a treatment plan when applicable Meet with Medical Director on a biweekly basis to review cases and obtain feedback Review collaborative protocol with Medical Director annually Perform follow-up assessments as needed to provide corrections or discuss patient outcomes Participate in HIPAA-compliant social media marketing activities for professional account and office account Requirements: – Possess a valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. – Family or Women’s health speciailty is preffered – Horomone / Peptide experience is a MUST – Demonstrate proficiency in medication administration, patient assessment, and treatment planning. – Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and standards. – Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. – Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
