Duties and Responsibilities Role Anderson Healthcare Masters LLC/AQualiT Healthxe2x84xa2 is looking to add to its’ network of providers in Montana providing Veterans physical assessments of disability. No long questionnaires involved; this is solely for the assessment portion of the disability questionnaire using a tablet provided and FastVet system and there are no medical opinions involved. This is a 1099 contract position currently. Provider must have office space (single shared office or full practice setting) with exam table. This opportunity can help provide additional income. Essential responsibilities Functions independently to perform review of disability history and perform a physical exam related to the disability. Complete assessment questionnaire(s) as appropriate during assessment. Submit questionnaire in tablet system by close of the business day. Review and sign completed DBQ once sent by contractor. Minimum qualification Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical school. Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Strong computer skills. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years OR previous experience completing DBQ assessments. 1-2 years experience in the Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
