Responsibilities: Provide advanced nursing care to patients in various settings. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform medical procedures such as IV insertion, venipuncture, and medication administration. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs. Participate in utilization review activities to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources. Willing to become certified for DOT or other Occupational Health. Qualifications: Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida. Master’s degree in nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist. Certification as an APRN by a recognized national certifying body. Proven experience in primary care or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in medical documentation and EMR systems. Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, medication administration, and venipuncture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge in Pre-Op, EKG, and DOT is a plus. Familiarity with medical office operations and workflows.
