We are looking for Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (APRN) to help serve in our growing clinics throughout central Arkansas. We are accepting applications for all or clinics including Little Rock, Mena and Hot Springs locations. No nights or weekends and student loan forgiveness! Your role as an APRN will encompass a wide range of patient services, reflecting our core values. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, gather medical, social, and family histories, and design treatment plans tailored to individual therapeutic goals, including MAT when necessary. Your responsibilities will also involve patient counseling and education, fostering a collaborative healthcare environment. In addition to direct patient care, you will actively contribute to our healthcare initiatives, such as Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Meaningful Use (MU), aligning your work with the highest care standards. Your expertise will extend to diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses, ordering lab and x-ray studies, and formulating and initiating patient management plans. When specialized care is required, you will make referrals, ensuring patients receive the necessary treatment and support. QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a recognized Nurse Practitioner program. Arkansas APRN licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment. DEA licensure. Experience in fulfilling the duties of this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and network systems. Excellent organizational, written, and customer service skills.
