Job Details We are seeking NPs in the Las Vegas area to services patients in the home. Flexible schedule, amazing perks. You must be licensed. What you will be doing: Work as an individual in a patientxe2x80x99s home. Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, and treat wounds Provide therapeutic interventions, such as wound vac applications, debridements, wound care Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice. Accurately and thoroughly document your patient encounter and ensure accuracy. Analyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow up for the patient to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on how to treat their wounds. Communicate effectively with patients, family, the medical power of attorney, primary care provider and all individuals involved in the patientxe2x80x99s care. Identify and proactively solve problems. Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics. Provide care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency. Maintain positive relationships with partners and remote teams. Attend training sessions and clinical team meetings. Maintain professional etiquette and serve as ambassadors of the company Lead your practice and always do whatxe2x80x99s right for the patient. Education/Experience Two years of experience as an APP (Advanced Practice Provider) in the Emergency, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Home Hospice, Hospital, Family Practice, Wound Care setting preferred but not mandatory. We will train on the job. Skills you should have:2 years of experience preferably in an urgent care, emergency, or internal medicine.BLS / ACLS certification requiredNurse Practitioner or Physician Associate unrestricted state licensure required**Candidates with less than two years of experience as an APP but two or more years of experience as a paramedic, RN, Flight Nurse, fellowship (NPs) or EM/Hospital residency (PAs) are also encouraged to apply** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical specialties: Wound Care Standard shift: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Weekly schedule: 5×8 Work setting: Private practice Work Location: On the road
