Cross Country Locums is seeking out a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) for a Cardio First Assist position in Arizona. Work Dates Needed: Start once credentialed. 13 week assignment Preferred Schedule: 8 or 10 hr shifts. Full time M-F, call negotiable Worksite Setting: Cardio OR Scope of Work: NP First Assist. CABG, valve replacement/repair, TAVR, thoracic aneurysm or dissection repair, vascular Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ license, Board Certification, ACLS, BLS, DEA. Will consider non-licensed but credentialing would be longer. EMR: Epic Pay: $145.00-$155.00 per hour plus travel and lodging
