Job Summary We are urgently seeking a qualified candidate who is dedicated to the mental health /behavioral health field. The primary duties of the position are clinical oversight and supervision with minimal direct counseling. This position is an in-office position. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Provide Treatment Oversight using several clinical management components to assure treatment is conducted appropriately and effectively with a focus on progress. Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed staff according to the most current Behavioral Health guidelines and maintain documentation reflecting the content of the supervised sessions, training and/or clinical guidance. Handle outlying clinical issues with MCOxe2x80x99s (authorization issues, clinical reviews, etc.) Conduct face to face interviews with the recipient and their family/ significant others as clinical tasks demand. Provides crisis intervention services and/or work with non-licensed staff through the crisis event as needed. Notify the staff psychiatrist of any significant changes in a recipient’s, physical or mental status. Performs the Clinical Quality Improvement functions as required, (i.e. client satisfaction surveys, participates in clinical staff annual evaluations, etc.) Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
