DocStar Medical Partners client is looking for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 6 month assignment – travel expenses covered! Facility State: Tempe, Arizona Assignment Start Date: 3/6 Assignment End Date: 6 months Approx Facility Volume: 30k Facility Coverage: 24 hour Coverage, 12 hour shifts Client Type: Emergency Medicine Locum Request for: NP/PA Must be BC/BE by ABEM or AOBEM, ABIM, ABFM or ABPS or NBPAS, successful completion of residency program, Active AZ Medical license (credentialing will not begin while license is in process)AZ DEA, procedure logs, CMEs for past 2 years, copies of SS Card, Driver’s license, Covid vaccine flu and immunization records. ATLS is required only for those physicians who are Board Qualify or Board certified in other than ER specialty. Send ID badge form to practitioner when app sent to CVO. NP/PA Requirements: ACNP; FP – Active EM experience. Capable of all ED procedures. Shift Preference: Days and Nights Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a Experience: BC/BE in EM, IM, FP.
