Description: Our client in Socorro, NM is in need of a locum family nurse practitioner to provide coverage at their clinic and a school based health center starting June 10th and need is ongoing. Please see further details for this assignment below – Position: Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine Facility: Community Health Center & School Based Health Center Contract Dates: June 10, 2024 – Ongoing (at least 3 month commitment) Pay: $90/hr Schedule: Monday – 1 PM to 5 PM ( 8 A. M to 12 PM @ High School Clinic) Tuesday- 8 AM to 12 noon – 1 to 5PM ( Closed from 12-1 ) Wednesday1 PM to 5 PM ( 8 A. M to 12 PM @ High School Clinic) Thursday 8 AM to 12 noon – 1 to 5PM ( Closed from 12-1) Friday 8 AM to 12 noon – 1 to 5PM ( Closed from 12-1) Other: Schedule is set up for 20 minute visits; up to 23 patients per day but may average about 16/day with a high no show rate; support staff will be a certified medical assistant and customer access rep; EMR is NextGen Malpractice Insurance Coverage Provided Lodging & Travel Assistance Available Requirements: Active New Mexico Medical License BLS Certification PALS Certification 2+ Years of Experience in a similar setting
