Starting pay listed is negotiable and dependent on experience and skill set Facility City & State: La Grande, OR Facility Type: Urgent Care / Walk-In Provider Profession Needed: NP Specialty: Urgent Care Start Date: 8/5/24 End Date: 1/3/25 Length of Assignment: Ongoing Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Work Schedule: 8am- 6pm four days a week, no call Patient Volume: 20-40 ppd Procedures: Walk in / Urgent Care EMR: Epic License Needed: OR Certifications Needed: Oregon medical license and DEA, BLS, ATL Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 6 Exam rooms: – 1 procedure room – 2 isolation rooms – 1 pediatric room – 2 standard exam rooms Pt. seen per day: 20 xe2x80x93 40 Support staffing: 2 xe2x80x93 3 clinical support staff per shift.
