New: $10K Sign On Bonus Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Job Summary: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and technical procedures to a group of normal-to-high risk infants. Manages neonatal caseload with physician consultation and collaboration. Serves as patient and family advocate in identifying healthcare needs and actions for neonatal cases. Coordinates pre- and post-operative care activities for normal-to-high risk infants. Supports neonatal units during crisis situations. Utilizes planning, implementation, and evaluation in formulating neonatal diagnosis and intervention. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Experience Minimum two (2) years of experience in neonatal care. Education Masterxe2x80x99s degree in nursing.
