“`Duties:“`- Provide primary care services to patients – Ages 2+- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribe medications.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.- Provide health coaching and counseling to patients and their families.- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner. “`Qualifications:“`- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of OR.- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in senior care or assisted living settings.- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing/treating common acute and chronic illnesses.- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
