The successful candidate will have a strong background in corrections medicine, chronic conditions, comorbidities, and acute care. Provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients, focusing on the management of chronic conditions and comorbidities.2. Prescribe and administer treatment and medication as necessary.5. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan.6.
