Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner needed to support clinic in Huntington Park, CA 90255. Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English. ‘Performing patient history and physical examinations, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic health problems.xe2x80xa2 Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems, and health care needs.xe2x80xa2 Prescribes medications or other forms of treatment as needed.xe2x80xa2 Makes referrals to physician and other healthcare providers as necessary.xe2x80xa2 Documents assessment, management and education clearly, concisely, and legibly within Electronic Health Records.xe2x80xa2 Demonstrates strong communication skills with patient and significant others to provide feedback regarding finding and treatment plan. xe2x80xa2 Provides education to patients and families. The environment is different from a typical high stress clinic or hospital position. We see a lower volume of patients and have longer appointment times with patients.
