We are seekingxc2xa0a Nurse Practitionerxc2xa0to become axc2xa0part of our team!xc2xa0You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as you visit nursing homes and/or hospitals.xc2xa0 The candidate will assist the physician by treating patients in nursing homes or hospitals monthly, weekly, or daily depending on the type of facility.xc2xa0 Extremely flexible hours.xc2xa0 Mileage reimbursement can be worked into pay.xc2xa0 The candidate will be assisting a very busy Internal Medicine hospitalist.xc2xa0 Must be responsible and able to see patients independently.xc2xa0xc2xa0Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat acute, episodicxc2xa0or chronic illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerformxc2xa0physical examinations of patientsDevelopxc2xa0and implementxc2xa0patient care planFacilitatexc2xa0referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physicians orxc2xa0specialist regarding patientxc2xa0careQualifications:Previous experience in nursing or other medical fieldsAbility to build rapport with patientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbalxc2xa0communication skills
