Obtain, compile and record patient medical data fully and concisely.Take and record patient vital signs.Examine patients to obtain information about their condition.Perform analysis and evaluation of patient needs.Interpret diagnostic test results.Administer or order tests, injections, and treatments.Develop specific treatment plans and ongoing follow-up.Respond to patient concerns or questions.Assist with positioning, holding, and moving the patients, as needed.Administer dressing changes and wound cleaning.Manage asepsis, infection, using and maintaining hazard control protocols as established by OSHA and office standards.Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible patient careMust demonstrate active listening by giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.Must demonstrate excellent communication skills by talking to others to convey information effectively, provide patient education, and respond to patient questions simply and effectively.Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.Must maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies.Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments.Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional patient experience.Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.Active Learning – Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.Crisis Management xe2x80x93 The ability to remain calm and make decisions during an emergency or crisis.Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.Occasionally there may be some travel, by car or plane, required in order for you to participate in continuing education or seminars.Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.Work hours : 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday
