Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Restore Muscle and Joint on a part-time/full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in our dynamic and patient-focused healthcare environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and treatment to our patients, while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, manage treatment plans, and follow up on patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic and effective patient care. Prescribe medication and treatment regimens as appropriate. Educate and counsel patients and their families on health-related issues. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic services. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Available to work flexible hours ranging between 20 to 40 hours per week. Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Missouri. Excellent clinical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach. Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices. Proficient in electronic health record systems.
