Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Work in collaboration with a physicians xc2xb7 Develop and implement clinical education material xc2xb7 Effectively communicate with office and clinic staff xc2xb7 Works cooperatively with Physicians, other Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Nurses and other clinic and office staff xc2xb7 Monitors the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, prescription of pharmacological agents and treatments and non- pharmacological therapies xc2xb7 Provides direction to various clinic staff and performs comprehensive assessments xc2xb7 Provides counseling and education to meet patient needs xc2xb7 Formulates a diagnostic impression; and develops and implements a treatment plan xc2xb7 Orders, conducts and interprets diagnostic tests xc2xb7 Performs additional related duties as needed Requirements: xc2xb7 Ability to manage time and stress effectively, and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting xc2xb7 Masterxe2x80x99s degree plus at least one to two years of related experience, or equivalent in education and experience xc2xb7 Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs xc2xb7 Current State license, as well as board certification xc2xb7 Current DEA, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications xc2xb7 Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills xc2xb7 Demonstrated leadership ability xc2xb7 Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record.
