Nurse Practitioner Outpatient – Chinle, AZLocal/Travel positionPay:xc2xa0$65-73/hour + Stipends for travelersShifts:xc2xa0Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pmContract Length:xc2xa01 year with the option to extend.xc2xa0Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and managing overall patient health.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, diagnostic results, and evidence-based practices.Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate, ensuring proper patient education and monitoring for efficacy and side effects.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, and treatment plans, promoting health and wellness.Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.Requirements:Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.Active RN licensureExperience providing primary care as a family nurse practitioner.Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)BLS/ACLSDrug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.Benefits:2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of serviceAfter 1000 hours, 40 hours of PTOOur benefits or 4.57/hour additionalPaid federal holidays (11)
