Nurse Practitioner (Administrative Patient Care Support)Position Overview:This position is a non-direct patient care role. As a Nurse Practitioner at our practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative aspects of patient care. Working closely with our practice physicians and mid-level providers, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective patient care management.xc2xa0Duties & Responsibilities:Medication Management: Oversee and manage medication refill requests.Lab and Radiology Results Review and Interpretation: Interpret lab and radiology results, post findings and interpretation note on the patient portal, and communicate with patients and clinical staff for follow-ups or further consultations.Patient Inquiries and Requests: Provide accurate information and guidance in response to patient queries and requests.Specialist Referral Notes: Review specialist notes and update patient charts accordingly.Preventive, Routine, and Acute Care Support: Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness care in alignment with physician recommendations and treatment plans.Qualifications: Georgia state Nurse Practitioner license.Degree in Nursing or DNP.Minimum three years of Specialty board certification (Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner).National board certification (AANP or ANCC).Master’sprimary care experience.Proficiency in EMR systems and coding.Skills:Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compensation and Benefits: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM xe2x80x93 5 PM.Minimal on-call requirementsCompetitive salary, productivity bonus, signing bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package.To Apply:Passionate candidates, please submit your CV toxc2xa0Lwaller@jordansc.comxc2xa0for consideration.
