The ability to think critically on your feet in the moment and a passion for genuinely helping others while being positive and professional at all times are skills required on a daily basis.How you will make an impact:Monitor and Review KPIxe2x80x99s/Performance Metrics during with assigned NPxe2x80x99s at regularly scheduled intervals and lead quarterly performance reviews and coaching.Co-lead a team of assigned Nurse Practitionerxe2x80x99s (NPxe2x80x99s) and serve as a clinical SME for best practices.Coach and mentor assigned team of NPxe2x80x99s regularly. Share and review patient satisfaction surveys and KPIs with NPs regularly.Train, mentor and support new Catapult Health NPxe2x80x99s providing evidenced based feedback with a positive and professional attitude.Perform patient consultations via our virtual platform during 2-3 full shifts (approximately 16-24 hours) per week to support the business demands.Conduct NP candidate interviews.Meet regularly with the Vice President of Clinical Services and Clinical Leadership and assist with clinical strategic initiatives.Perform chart review in independent states, as assigned.Communicate professionally and respectfully with all Catapult Team Members and patients.Monitor Technology Communication / Slack channel(s) and provide assistance and guidance, as needed.Work with Licensing Team to obtain licenses to practice in 20 or more states; maintain licensing requirements.Possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills.What you need to be successful:Master of Science in Nursing or greaterPeople leadership experience; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse PractitionerCurrent National Certification by ANCC or AANP (FNP, ANP, A-GNP)Current license as Nurse Practitioner in Texas (APRN-CNP)Ability to work 5 days each week (in the Dallas, TX – Addison area office) which may include one shift until 7pm and weekends, as needed to support business peaks.Ability to work in a fast-paced telehealth environment effectively and efficiently while enhancing success and guidance to NP Team.Naturally approachable and level-headed in stressful situationsTelehealth experience; proficient in multiple technology platforms.Requires standing and sitting at a computer for the full shift, talking (wearing a headset) and typing for extended periods of time during work hours.
