Centers Urgent Care is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for the Children’s Relief Fund (CRF) Shelter. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a practice that is passionate about patient & clinical care. Two years of prior experience in Urgent or Emergency care is preferred.Primary Responsibilities:Examining and diagnosing patients of all ages and backgrounds courteously and efficientlyMaintain charts accurately and comprehensivelyCreating diagnostic and treatment plans, sometimes including the prescription of medications, suturing, ordering of labs/medical imaging, or referring to outside specialistsGuide the staff with your medical expertise and experienceProvide in service staff training and consultation to the social service teamQualifications:Preference is given to those who have previous experience with homeless and migrant populationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, to assist populations of diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, and sexual preferences.Bilingual preferred.BLS required.Job-type: Full-time, Part-time availableBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:5x8Full time hours availableWeekday available
