We’re currently looking for Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants interested in independently contracting for us performing home pre-scheduled history and physical evaluations of Medicare members. Home Visits Hotel/Rental Car, Travel covered based on assignment. No prescribing/treating required. Independent Contractor, 1099 status. State License Required. Must be able to cover Maricopa county. We can work with you and your schedule to make these evaluations as convenient as possible. They can be done on a part-time or full-time/weekly basis Monday – Sunday. Providers working weekly on this project average $2,500 – $3,500 per week. Those who elect for part time work can easily subsidize their current income with an extra $500 + per day.
