We are seeking an APRN to join our team! You will be responsible for working within the Labor and Industry (LNI) recommendations and guidelines of WA State in our independently run clinic. Not to worry! Training provided!Responsibilities:Manage LNI patients based on their allowed diagnoses, review specialists’ notes and recommendations, and work with employers to assist in return-to-work options.Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans for both LNI and primary careMonitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviorCommunicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careEducate patients about health maintenance and disease preventionFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesMaintain accurate patient medical recordsQualifications:Nurse Practitioner candidates must hold a valid APRN license that allows practice in Washington State, and must have successfully completed a degree program offered by a national certifying body recognized by the Washington State Nursing Commission. New Graduates are accepted!Previous experience in nursing or other medical fieldsFamiliarity with medical software and equipment. Training onxc2xa0EHR provided.Ability to build rapport with patients, team members, and referring providersStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
