Ensuring a patient-centered environment, they optimize clinic flow, collaborate with the health team, and instruct trainees or staff. Administrative duties involve staff training, record maintenance, coding, and participation in quality control. The practitioner adheres to the organizationxe2x80x99s health standards, engages in Quality Improvement initiatives, and contributes to the Patient Centered Medical Home program, offering comprehensive and culturally sensitive care.
