We are closed for all major holidays.Pay $90,000-$110,000 based on experienceJob descriptionArchive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in our new private clinic, located onsite for approx. 1,000 people (low census!) in the manufacturing facility of our client. This incredible opportunity, allows patient/provider relationships to form as it is a private clinic, available only for the employees at the factory. The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, prescribing and tending to urgent care cases. Administer immediate care and determine the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.xe2x80xa2 Prescribing medications: assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage.xe2x80xa2 Employee relationship building: establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns.xe2x80xa2 Health promotion: conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Address preventive care and lifestyle management.xe2x80xa2 Record-keeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.xe2x80xa2 Interdisciplinary care: coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists as necessary for employee referrals and continuity of care.
