Paragon Clinical is a premier medical practice operating in the Chicagoland area, seeking a highly motivated, compassionate and clinically excellent Nurse Practitioner to provide PT or FT Palliative Care services to residents in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. NP must possess strong clinical and communication skills, and thrive working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. One year+ of NP experience is required. Long Term Care and/or Palliative Care experience is preferred. We require a minimum commitment of one year, but strongly desire a long term commitment with loyal and dedicated employees who can partner with us. The position is Monday-Friday with no night call, weekends or holiday work.
