Legacy is recruiting an Outpatient Advanced Practice Practitioner for our St. Helens clinic, located at 475 S Columbia River Hwy Ste 100, St Helens, OR. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, and behavioral health clinicians and pharmacy. Our clinics support the local communities by providing services to diverse patient populations. With more than 25 clinics across the Portland metro area and rural locations such as Silverton, Mt. Angel, Sandy and St. Helens, Legacy is helping keep the Pacific Northwest healthy. Responsibilities: Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders. Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise. Qualification and Licensure Requirements: Graduate of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Minimum of 2-yearsxe2x80x99 experience. Current Oregon PA or NP license w/Prescriptive Privileges. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
