Crescent Health Clinic, a leading provider of mental health services in South Jordan, Utah, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Prescribe and manage medications, monitor efficacy, and make adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize telehealth modalities to extend care to patients in remote locations when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatments. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment plans. Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and participate in ongoing education. Engage in outreach activities, such as presenting at conferences, schools, businesses, participating in podcasts, or other public speaking engagements, as opportunities arise. These activities will be assigned in good faith, considering your expertise and comfort level, with additional compensation provided on a case-by-case basis. Qualifications Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Preferably bilingual (Spanish is a plus). Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric clinical experience. Experience with telehealth or similar technologies is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ethical practice and high standards of care.
