Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities – Provide primary care services to patients in line with the facility’s policies and procedures. – Conduct physical assessments, diagnose health conditions, and implement treatment plans. – Perform esthetic laser treatments for cosmetic purposes. – Administer basic life support and emergency care as needed. – Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and medical histories accurately. – Manage acute and chronic illnesses, including prescribing medications and treatments. – Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. – Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. – Must have the ability to Suture and Splint “`Experience“` – Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a Urgent Care setting. – Proficiency in medical terminology, eClinicalWorks, and medical documentation practices. – Experience in providing acute care services to patients of all ages. – Competence in performing tube feedings and other specialized medical procedures.
