As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.Responsibilities: Conduct physical exams and medical histories of patients within Ortho, Podiatry, Pain mgmt and eventually Facial Aesthetics Diagnose acute illnesses, injuries, and infections Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed Order and interpret diagnostic tests Provide patient education and counseling on health and wellness issues Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice Complete assessment for new patients admitted to the service, and complete plan of care Order lab and diagnostic tests for patients in the service as appropriate to formulate diagnosis, develop treatment plan Review lab results and diagnostic tests Performs comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and mental examinations, including developmental and functional status determination. Interprets x-rays, with assistance from physician, in order to formulate diagnosis Qualifications: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience with experience working on a musculoskeletal service line which would include Physiatry, Orthopedics, and perhaps Podiatry Prefer to possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice.If you are a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing high-quality care to patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
