This position will require the successful candidate to travel with our mobile wound team to patient residences and skilled nursing facilities and use our unique wound therapy to treat chronic non-healing wounds. This position will require the successful candidate to travel throughout Northern and Northeastern Colorado and collaborate with various partners of the Patient Care Team to deliver patient care. Drivers license and a clean driving record are required for this position.Qualification Summary:Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Colorado.Advanced Wound Care Certification PreferredAdvanced Wound Debridement Certification PreferredMaster’s Degree preferredCurrent CPR CertificationThese statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
